Skin tags are unsightly benign skin growths that appear on the neck, face, eyelids, upper back, and elsewhere. Conventional wisdom tells you that they are harmless and can be removed with variety of home remedies or surgical removal.
But having skin tags really tells you that you have insulin resistance that can lead to substantial health problems down the road. The real solution is to therefore reverse the insulin resistance, then watch the skin tags recede along with your improved health.
And that, of course, is what we accomplish in the Undoctored program: We make changes in diet and in the factors that permit insulin resistance and reverse it back to normal. With reversal of insulin resistance, most people enjoy complete reversal of their skin tags. The benefits of doing so don’t end at skin tags, of course, but lead to marked reduction in potential for type 2 diabetes, cataracts, hypertension, heart disease, cancer, and dementia.
Omigosh! I ate vegan for 2 years, and I have a few skin tags… Had no idea they were related!
I also now have a hip that is partly bone on bone and painful, can that be related? I’m improving my diet and reading your 10 day detox book.
Thanks for all the awesome information!
