We recently launched the new Undoctored 6-Week Menu Plan to help you navigate these first 6 weeks of the Undoctored Wild, Naked, Unwashed program. You will find the Menu Plan here on the Undoctored Inner Circle website. (If you haven’t joined our Inner Circle yet, I invite you to do so, as this is where the most important Undoctored conversations occur through our weekly Virtual Meetups, the very busy Undoctored Forum, and new Advanced Concepts and Undoctored Protocols that expand the program further, giving you even more tools to be successfully Undoctored.)
With this Meal Plan, you have some choices: You can load 42 days of meals and recipes that we provide or you can move recipes around, remove ones you don’t want, substitute with recipes you’d prefer, all with an easy drag-and-drop process. The entire Meal Plan can also be printed, if you prefer that format.

By clicking on any of the meal categories along the left sidebar, you will see a dropdown choice of all the recipes available that can be dragged-and-dropped into the calendar. You can also change the Menu Plan over time so that, for example, you can create menus to suit winter meals, another to suit spring or summer meals.
The Meal Plan that we provide conforms to the layout of the 6-week Undoctored Wild, Naked, Unwashed program. One lesson learned from the worldwide Wheat Belly experience is that people struggle to follow a new meal plan during the first 7 to 10 days of the program, as they are going through a detoxification/opiate withdrawal process and can feel pretty awful. Shopping and cooking new recipes just seems too daunting. The new Undoctored Menu Plan therefore accommodates this phenomenon, providing guidance on enjoying only very simple meals for the first 10 days (or as long as you are not up to proceeding to more advanced recipes). Once through these initial 10 days, we then graduate to recipes that require a bit more work but allow you to recreate, for instance, healthy pizza, muffins, cookies, etc. all consistent with the Undoctored lifestyle.
And, if you improve on any of the recipes or would like to have one of your favorite personal recipes added, please post the recipe on our Forum. (Please do not cut-and-paste copyrighted material from other websites or cookbook, however.)
