If that was for 25-hydroxy Vitamin D, in ng/mL, that would seem to identify an information source that is at least two decades behind the literature.
It’s very easy to make a case that 50-55 is beneficial, and as you probably know, program guidance here is that 60-70 is probably optimal.
Heck, the Vitamin D Council doesn’t get alarmed until 150.
